Our location gives you great sunrises, sunny days and beautiful sunsets. At night the stars number in the millions while you sit by the campfire or rest on the porch. And if you are ready to enjoy the surrounding areas of the Texas Hill Country you can float cool rivers, go on scenic trail rides, explore small town charm, visit wineries, eat at great restaurants and return to your cottage within 1 to 2 hours depending on how far your adventure takes you. Our lodging is close enough to explore a wide variety of venues and far enough away to escape them if you prefer. Day trips could easily include Bandera, Boerne, Concan, Hondo, Comfort, Ingram, Kerrville, Leakey, Lakehills, Medina, Medina Lake, Pipe Creek, Tarpley, Utopia, Fredericksburg and Vanderpool.
